Thank you for shopping with Shipra Tiles. We take great pride in the quality and durability of our heat-resistant terrace tiles. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) must be provided.

Note: Customized or made-to-order tiles are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged during transit.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@shipratiles.com or call us at 9310384017 / 8051000050 within 7 days of receiving the order.

  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).

  3. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to:

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified via email or call.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment or via bank transfer in the case of cash transactions.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive damaged or defective tiles:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear images of the damage via email or WhatsApp.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
