Thank you for shopping with Shipra Tiles. We take great pride in the quality and durability of our heat-resistant terrace tiles. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Proof of purchase (invoice/bill) must be provided.
Note: Customized or made-to-order tiles are non-returnable, unless defective or damaged during transit.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Provide your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back to:

Please note: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
3. Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment or via bank transfer in the case of cash transactions.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive damaged or defective tiles:

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide clear images of the damage via email or WhatsApp.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, as applicable.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
